All prices are monthly flat rates. Prices marked with an * refer to individual hourly rates (60 minutes) and are for guidance only. Lessons must be canceled at least 48 hours before they begin. In case of illness, notification is required by 10:00 AM on the day of the lesson at the latest. Lessons that are not canceled or are canceled late are considered given and will be charged in full; there is no entitlement to credit or a refund in these cases. Lessons canceled in time will be credited and can be made up within the contract term. Unused make-up lessons expire at the end of the agreed term. Additional lessons can be arranged individually with the tutor at any time. They will be billed separately at the valid hourly rate of the respective tariff. Group lessons only take place if a suitable group with at least two participants is formed.
